Grown With Love

I was going through the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog the other day and came across the Grown with Love bundle.  How did I miss this one?  I had to quickly add it to my next order!  This was my first time inking up this stamp set so I kept my design pretty clean and simple.

Card Recipe

Scroll to the bottom of this post for a complete supply list.
  • Smoky Slate card base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
  • Daffodil Delight: 3 15/16" x 5 3/16"
  • Whisper White: 3 3/4" x 5", embossed with the Quilt Top Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
  • Smoky Slate scrap, die cut with scallop oval from Layering Ovals Framelits Dies
  • Daffodil Delight scrap, die cut with oval Stitched Shapes Framelits Die
  • Whisper White scraps for stamping

How to Recreate this Card

  • Stamp the watering car with Smoky Slate ink and die cut with the coordinating framelit.
  • Use the Wild Wasabi ink pad to ink the floral stamp.  Use a baby wipe to remove ink from the two smallest flowers.  Use the Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Write Marker to add ink to the small flowers.  Cut this piece with the coordinating framelit.
  • Stamp the floral stamp two additional times in Daffodil Delight and Melon Mambo.  Die cut flowers with coordinating dies.  Use Multipurpose liquid glue to add these to the die cut piece, covering the green flowers.
  • Attach flower piece and watering can to oval piece with Stampin' Dimensionals.
