I Love You Party Panda Valentine!

These pandas are so darn cute!  I can't tell if this one is sitting or hanging from the balloons. It looks like those giant balloons are holding him up in the air.
I used to challenge blogs for inspiration while creating this card.  The first one is What Will You Stamp, where this week's stamp set is Party Panda.  The second challenge is The Paper Players' theme challenge - Will You Be My Valentine?

Card Recipe

  • Real Red card base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"
  • Basic Black: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
  • Real Red: 3 3/4" x 5"
  • Basic Black: 1 7/8" x 5"
  • Whisper White: 1 3/4" x 5"
  • Real Red scrap for die cuts
  • Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper scrap for die cut

Tips & Tricks to Recreate This Card

  • The Real Red background was embossed using the Polka Dots Basics Embossing Folder and the Big Shot.
  • After stamping the panda, attach the hearts, cover up the ballon of the stamp.  Use a Journaling Pen to add the two extra strings.
  • The Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer balloon was attached using Stampin' Dimensionals.

  3. This is great! I love the way you've added the hearts instead of balloons. The polka dot background and the layering you've done really make him the star of the card. Thanks for joining in with us at The Paper Players this week.
