Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop July 2018

Welcome to the new Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop!  This hop is a group of Stampin' Up! demonstrators who are using SU! products to preserve their memories.  As you hop through the blog hop, you will see projects from some very talented demos across the blog.  This month we were given a sketch to work with.  This is my finished project:

The Broadway Birthday suite was perfect for this page commemorating my niece's second birthday.

This is the sketch were given to work with:

I wanted to keep the embellishments on this page to a minimum so the focus was on the picture.  The Lemon Lime Twist striped background paper is from the Broadway Bound Speciality Designer Series Paper pack.  I added punched balloons in Lemon Lime Twist, Gorgeous Grape, and Melon Mambo with Basic Black Baker's Twine strings and a small bow made from Lemon Lime Twist ombre ribbon.

For the page title, I die cut the word 'Wish' in Melon Mambo with the Broadway Lights framelits and used a glittered enamel dot to dot the 'i'.  The words 'Make A" were stamped with Gorgeous Grape ink on Lemon Lime Twist cardstock. I used the Triple Banner Punch to make the banner.

All items used on this page are current Stampin' Up! products, except for the number '2' which is from the retired Large Number framelits.

Thanks for checking out my blog today.  I'm so glad you stopped by.  Please take a moment to leave me a comment and let me know you were here.  And don't forget to follow me so you don't miss any future posts!

Happy Stampin'!
